Dear Guests

If you have a booking and you are unable to travel, due to the lockdown please send a request to cancel your reservation or a request to change your dates.

If your current cancellation policy is not allowing you a full refund, we will approve a refund if you can’t travel because of the covid-19 lockdowns.

Date Changes

All guests who wish to change their dates should make the request via the booking channel they made their reservation on.

We will accept the date change if the lockdown affects your current arrival date. If we feel the lockdown may end before your arrival date we may choose to wait to accept the change request on or just before the arrival date.

Refunds

We will accept the refund request if the lockdown affects your current arrival date. If we feel the lockdown may end before your arrival date we may choose to wait to accept the refund request on or just before the arrival date.

Website/Direct Bookings – Please contact us via email and then call us. If you made a payment or deposit you will be refunded the amount less 3%, + a $15 management fee and any payable commission if applicable. l

Airbnb Bookings – If you have booked and paid via Airbnb and cant cancel your booking via Airbnb because your cancellation policy will charge you please send us a message, we will reply to confirm we agree to the cancellation with a refund. Please then contact Airbnb and request that they cancel and refund your booking. Ask them to refer to the message we send confirming the cancellation without charge. If you have previous Airbnb cancellations Airbnb may charge a service fee.

Booking.com Bookings – Please request cancellation via the booking.com app or website – If you made a payment or deposit you will be refunded the amount less 3%, + a $15 management fee and any payable commission if applicable.

HomeAway/Stayz Bookings – Please contact us via email and then call us. If you made a payment or deposit you will be refunded the amount less 3%, + a $15 management fee and any payable commission if applicable.
