Direct Bookings

1. Balance Due 14 Days before arrival

2. "Non-refundable Rates" and Cancellation Policy Bookings are always 100% non-refundable

3. Cancelations 14 days before arrival or earlier 100% of booking total is refundable
   (less Management, Credit card & Transaction fee)

4. Cancelations 7 days or less before arrival 50% of booking total is refundable (less Management, Credit card & Transaction fee)

5. A partial credit may be offered to guests at the discretion of Daylesford Bnb

6. Management Fee: $100 cancelation/date change fee payable on top of non-refundable percentage -

7. We reserve the right to waive cancelation fees or offer alternative options at our discretion.

Third Party Bookings

As the host, we have the ability to override the cancellation policy in the guests favour and refund any amount we believe is suitable.

Airbnb Reservations

Our properties listed on Airbnb are covered by the selected Airbnb cancellation policy in place when the booking was made. - please check the details of your booking.

Airbnb allow guests to cancel bookings 24+ hours before arrival via the website or app. Guests may need to call Airbnb for assistance cancelling if it is less than 24 hours to arrival.

VRBO Reservations

Our properties listed on Expedia or VRBO and partners are covered by the selected VRBO cancellation policy in place when the booking was made. - please check the details of your booking. The following resources may be helpful if you have booked via Airbnb and need to check your cancelation policy or options.

Cancellations must be made by 11:59 pm in the property’s time zone on the chosen day.
As the host, we have the ability to override the cancellation policy and refund an amount. As a VRBO booking fee may be charged on any amount not refunded, this will be accounted for in the refunded amount. The cancellation policy supersedes any information in the rental agreement.
We can not discount or waive the VRBO service fee. If the reservation is within the window for a 100% refund per the property's cancellation policy, the service fee will automatically be refunded when the cancellation is confirmed.

Booking.com Reservations

Our Properties have the following Airbnb cancellation policies available to them depending on which property they booked and when the booking was placed. - please check the details of your booking.

Non-refundable - Non refundable/Date Changes not possible.
Moderate - Full refund 5 days prior to arrival
Firm - Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Non-refundable Bookings

1. Non-refundable bookings are non-refundable

2. Extenuating circumstances and covid-19 policy do not apply to any direct bookings

3. Please obtain third party travel insurance to protect you from loss should you need to cancel your reservation
