To resolve any issue during a stay, we will ask guests to suggest a time that is convenient for the issue to be addressed, guests agree that the host or hosts representative may attend the property to resolve an issue we deem as urgent without the guests written approval.

We don't generally have direct contact with guests, but we are available by phone if you need us. 

Guests will direct contact information for a team member who will be assigned to look after your reservation personally.  A phone call is always preferred if there is something you need resolved before or during your stay.  

We shall try to help you resolve any issue remotely and can organise a call out to the property should you need assistance with something.

While we have a target to respond to guests calls within 15mins it may take longer to resolve. Generally we should have someone available within 2-6 hours between 9am and 7pm.
